[Jira Server] How do I find my SEN (Support Entitlement Number)?

You will need admin access to complete this operation.

1. Click on the Settings icon (it looks like a gear) in the top left corner of Jira.

2. Click on Applications menu item.

3. Click on the Manage Apps link on the the screen, then click on the Manage Apps link on the the left-side of the screen.

4. If you have installed Risk Register, you will see it in the list of apps that displays. Click on the entry for it and look for the field titled “License SEN”.
