How do I use a filter with the risk matrix report?

By default, the risk matrix report is configured to display all risks from one particular project; however, you might prefer to display the risks from several projects, or perhaps narrow the results to show only a sub-set of risks within a project. 

Step-by-step guide

Save a search filter

  1. Go to the Issue Navigator: click Issues → Search for issues.
  2. Configure the search
  3. Click "Save as" to save your search as a filter, giving it a name of your choosing.

Configure the risk matrix report

  1. Open the report settings: click Projects → <your project> → Reports → Risk Matrix.
  2. Click "Change Filter or Project".
  3. Select the search filter that you saved earlier.
  4. Select other settings as required.
  5. Click Next.
